黃國禎教授目前是台灣科技大學講座教授，任職於數位學習與教育研究所。黃教授的學術專長包括行動與無所不在的學習、遊戲式學習、翻轉學習及人工智慧教育應用。曾主持100多個專案計畫，並多次獲得研究獎勵，包括2007、2010及2013年「國科會/科技部傑出研究獎」，更獲得2015年「傑出資訊人才獎」及2019年「教育部師鐸獎」。
黃教授已發表超過700篇的論文，包括350餘篇SCI/SSCI/EI期刊論文。他目前同時擔任30多個SSCI/SCI/EI 學術期刊的論文審查委員，以及IEEE Transactions on Education (SCI)副主編、International Journal of Mobile Learning and Organisation及Journal of Computers in Education的主編。
時代雜誌世界大學排名(Times World University Ranking)於2016年公布10 most prolific and most cited researchers，黃教授是社會科學類排名世界第一的學者：

廖肇弘博士爲英國 Leeds Beckett University 管理學博士、國立交通大學管理科學研究所 MBA 碩士。曾任中國文化大學創新育成中心執行長、產學研發長、教育部 U-START 大專畢業生創業服務計畫辦公室執行長、中國文化大學推廣部資管所助理教授、芬蘭 Alto 大學及比利時 HEC 列日大學台灣區 EMBA 講座教授、工研院産業學院及新創事業組經理、資策會數位教育研究所主任、Microsoft 公司軟體顧問、IBM 公司軟體顧問、PwC 資誠會計師事務所特聘顧問、紐西蘭 Pan Pacific Capital 創投顧問、中國大陸華爲大學MOOCs 顧問，並曾負責推動大型人才發展政策「DIGI+Talent 跨域數位人才加速躍升計畫」主持人..等重要職務，是活躍於兩岸產官學研界的資深實務專家。
廖博士自 1997 年起即投入 E-Learning 產業，負責大型 E-Learning 計畫。嫻熟 EdTech 學習科技、學習平台整合、混合教學設計及大型產業人才培訓項目，涉獵領域涵蓋企業培訓、專業認證、MOOCs、K12、VR、STEM…等。帶領團隊榮獲全球最大人才發展協會 ATD 2018 Innovation in Talent Development Award 人才創新發展大獎、Brandon-Hall、Horizon Interactive Awards、芬蘭HundrED Global 100…等多項國際大獎。
廖博士對於企業大學、創新與創業投資、EeTech 教育科技、E-Learning、MOOCs、Web 2.0…等議題曾於國內外期刊發表多篇重要著作與論文，引用廖博士之博碩士論文多達 450 篇以上。此外亦曾主導多項産業人才培訓政策計畫之領導工作，參與多項大型企業人才培訓計畫，並曾擔任華為大學企業MOOCs顧問，在兩岸人才發展及創新創業領域的産官學研界，是擁有深度理論研究能力與豐富實務經驗的知名專家。亦長期擔任國家發展委員會政府社群媒體 Web 2.0 輔導顧問，已成功輔導移民署、金管會、台北市政府、高雄市政府、國稅局…..等各級機關 Facebook 粉絲頁，屢獲佳績 。
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and further his master’s degree in computer sciences and Ph.D. in educational and communication technology from Chulalongkorn University.
As a deputy director of Thailand Cyber University Project, He responsible in many projects includes Thai MOOC (Thailand Massive Open Online Courses), TCU-Globe (Interoperability among the learning object repository network, enable search through at single query), e-Learning Professional Development (the first fully online training certificate program), and Thai-MOOC project.
As Associate Dean in Educational Innovation, He does faculty development for applying technology to improve teaching and learning in Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He deployed Moodle, an open source learning management system, to become the faculty-wide virtual learning environment. Incorporate Google Apps for Education, Clicker (personal response system), Microsoft Office cloud as well as the tele-education between Thai-US graduate study and graduate seminar in Social and Administrative Pharmacy graduate program, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn University.
His research interests include MOOC Policy, Learning design, Online pedagogy, e-Portfolio, technology enhanced learning, and health informatics.
Amit Goyal heads edX for S.E. Asia. edX is the world’s largest non-profit E-Learning portal founded by MIT & Harvard University. Prior to edX, Amit has headed Education Solutions business for Samsung, where he has successfully launched various Ed-Tech products being used by large educational groups and businesses around the world such as Byju Tab Learning, Tab MBA by Amity etc.
Amit has worked closely with various governments around the world to bridge the digital divide. He has been accolade as the man behind launching world’s cheapest tablet PC ‘Aakash’ with the Government of India.
Amit holds a Master’s Degree from Oxford, and has led various executive roles in leading Technology and Telecom companies around the world. Voluntarily, he’s an advisor to Indian Government’s Higher Education Think Tank Committee, and chair for Skilling at IoT India Congress.
